Serves: 3-4 glasses

  • 2 oz Apple Shine
  • ¾ oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz White Moonshine
  • Champagne to fill the glass (I recommend 5 oz. glass but it depends on the glass)

Combine sour apple moonshine, triple sec and white moonshine in a shaker. Add just a little bit of ice and shake.
Divide the mixture between 3-4 champagne glasses (depending on how strong you want it).
Add champagne to each glass to fill it up. (Amount of champagne will depend on the size of your glass but I recommend 5 oz. per glass.)
