mANGO sPLASH

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. mango puree
  • 3 oz. Mango  Shine
  • 1 oz. light coconut milk
  • 3 mint leaves
  • Ice
  • sparkling lime water

In a large cocktail shaker, combine the mango puree, Mango Moonshine, coconut milk and mint leaves. Add in a few ice cubes, secure the top of the shaker in place and shake for 30 seconds to chill. Strain the liquid into a serving glass and top fill the remaining space with sparkling lime water. Garnish with a round of lime and a sprig of mint and serve.
